Baked avocado topped with cheese, breadcrumbs, cilantro and sun-dried tomatoes! Hot avocado rocks!
I made a couple of different types of mustard as gifts this year including this rum and ginger variety. Improves with age but hard to keep around that long!
I make these all the time…Sweet Potato chips, sometimes plain, sometimes with rosemary, as they are here. So easy…I just cook them in 1 minute intervals (so as to avoid Sweet Potato charcoal!) in the microwave, flip them halfway through and they crisp up perfectly!
